Product Description:
This instrument is manufactured in compliance with the technical requirements specified in the Viscosity Determination Method (0633) of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2025 Edition, and is compatible with both Ubbelohde and Ostwald viscometers. Designed exclusively for viscosity testing, this instrument consists of two parts: a water bath and a controller. The constant temperature viscosity bath provides a stable temperature field and testing platform; additionally, the instrument can also be used as a high-precision bath for other tests. The most prominent features of this instrument include: full spray plastic treatment for long-lasting durability; double-layer cylinder structure, and a high-precision temperature controller with accurate temperature control.
I. Main Functional Features
1. Adopts an intelligent LCD temperature controller, enabling rapid temperature control, fast response, and minimal overshoot, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃.
2. Features a hard glass cylinder and an insulating outer cylinder (referred to as a double cylinder), offering excellent thermal insulation and clear sample observation.
3. Uses a desktop, all-in-one design, ensuring good instrument integrity and convenient operation.
4. Equipped with a wired timing control button for timing display and control during experiments.
5. Incorporates an electric stirring device to ensure uniform temperature within the bath.
6. Adopts a separate design for the cooler and the main unit, preventing viscosity measurement errors caused by compressor operation vibration.
